Your Order Cancellation Rights

right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason.

possession of the Goods.

your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, and

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible
for a return, the Goods must meet the following criteria:
- The Goods must have been purchased
within the last 14 days.
- The Goods must be in their
original packaging.
- The following Goods cannot be
returned:

or clearly personalized.
- Goods that deteriorate rapidly or
have a short shelf life.
- Goods that are not suitable for
return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Goods that are inseparably mixed
with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right
to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet these conditions at
our sole discretion.
Digital Products
Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return except the products that are: Digital Products Please note that no returns or refunds are accepted for digital products once sold. This includes eBooks, PDFs, CV formats, Excel sheets, and any other digital content. All sales of digital products are final.
Returning Physical Goods
You are
responsible for the cost and risk of returning the physical Goods to us. Please
send the returned Goods to:
We recommend
using an insured and trackable mail service as we are not responsible for Goods
damaged or lost in return transit. Refunds will not be issued without actual
receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts
If the Goods
were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift
credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you
once the returned product is received.
If the Goods
were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order
shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift
giver.
